Q: Can’t log in to Odyssey EU servers. Why?
A: Most probably your IP has been blocked.
Q: Why would my IP be blocked?
A: There are many reasons. One of them is trying or attempting to use hacking knowledge on one of the servers. If that happens, your IP is added to a blacklist.
Q: I didn’t know I was blocked. How can I be sure?
A: If you cannot log in at all and there is no server error or maintenance, an IP block is the most likely reason.
Q: What can I do about it?
A: Honestly, not much.
Q: Can I fix it myself?
A: No. Only the server administrators can remove an IP from the blacklist.
Q: Should I contact support or admins?
A: You can try, but there is no guarantee the block will be removed.
